Committees also provide a framework for oversight and accountability, ensuring that decisions are made in the best interests of the organization. Increased participation is encouraged through committees, fostering a sense of ownership and commitment among members and volunteers. Additionally, committees provide a platform for diverse perspectives and ideas, leading to more
informed and balanced decisions. In the Iranian Medical Device Society, three committees  are structured
