production committee
The Production Committee is established with the aim of assisting manufacturers in accelerating and addressing the obstacles and challenges they face. This committee is composed of skilled and specialized individuals from various fields
including standardization, industry relations, and research and development. This committee ensures that production consultations adheres to regulatory standards, quality control measures, and industry best practices
Principal accountabilities include
  • Coordinating efforts between departments (R&D, quality assurance, etc.) to streamline production.
  • Addressing technical issues related to the manufacturing process.
  • Collecting and documenting accurate statistical data from legal authorities and manufacturers regarding the medical device needs of the country and the requirements of manufacturers.
  • Process Optimization, streamlining production to enhance efficiency while maintaining product safety and efficacy. This may involve coordinating between research and development (R&D), production teams, and regulatory affairs.
  • Innovation and Technology Integration, Supporting the adoption of new technologies or processes that improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of safety.
  • Facilitating Export and Market Expansion, the committee may also assist in creating strategies for exporting medical devices to international markets, ensuring products meet global regulatory standards.
